General Terms of Sale (GTS)

1. Purpose

 

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) define the rights and obligations between ABC123 Young Geniuses Academy (hereinafter “we,” “our center”) and any individual using our services (hereinafter “you,” “the client”).

 

Our services include:

 

Tutoring sessions (math, French, English, and other subjects)

 

Educational and creative workshops (arts, science, drama, etc.)

 

Educational worksheets provided in person to students

 

2. Bookings and Registrations

 

Bookings may be made through our website, by phone, or directly at the center.

Certain activities require advance online registration to secure a spot.

A booking is confirmed only after validation by our team (a confirmation email or phone call will be sent).

 

3. Pricing and Payment

 

Prices for our services are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Payments may be made in person at the center, by cash, card, or another accepted method.

For recurring programs (e.g., monthly packages), payment must be completed before the start of classes.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of an unannounced absence, the session may be charged.

Fees already paid for workshops or packages are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the center.

We reserve the right to cancel an activity (e.g., due to insufficient enrollment). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

5. Use of Educational Materials

 

The worksheets and educational documents provided by the center are intended for strictly personal and educational use.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without our written permission.

 

6. Liability

 

We are committed to providing high-quality educational support. However, we do not guarantee specific academic results.

The center cannot be held liable for indirect losses (e.g., delays, unsatisfactory grades, etc.).

Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for the safety and behavior of their children outside of class hours.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content used or created by the center (worksheets, exercises, logos, visual materials) is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No reproduction is permitted without written consent.

 

8. Personal Data

 

During registration, certain personal information (name, email, phone number, child’s age, etc.) may be collected solely to manage courses and communications.

This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These GTS are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and of Canada.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the judicial district corresponding to our business’s headquarters.
