Access to Services
You must be at least 18 years old to book a Service. Minors may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for all bookings made through your account.

Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website.
Payments can be made online or in person, depending on the type of Service.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of a refund or rescheduling.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by us.
Coupons and Promotional Offers
Coupons, gift cards, and promotions are valid only during the stated period and may not be transferred, altered, or exchanged without our written consent.
Intellectual Property
All content developed and provided by ABC123 Young Geniuses Academy—including but not limited to worksheets, educational materials, visual aids, logos, text, images, videos, and all other content distributed online or in person—is the exclusive property of ABC123 Young Geniuses Academy.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from a booked Service under certain conditions. A withdrawal form may be completed and sent to our customer service team to cancel a reservation within the legal time frame.
