You can reserve a place directly online on our website, by phone, or by visiting the center. A registration confirmation will be sent to you once your reservation is validated.
Each lesson lasts one hour per week, during which your child actively practices the concepts with the tutor. Each week, tailored learning materials are provided, enough to allow the child to continue practicing and progressing throughout the week.
For homework help, the session also lasts one hour per week. Course materials are not automatically provided, but we can offer them depending on the child's level and needs.
Payments are made directly at the center, in cash, by card, or any other accepted method. For monthly packages, payment must be made before the start of the month of classes.
Our courses are billed monthly, regardless of the child's attendance. Missed sessions are therefore neither refunded nor made up. Regular attendance is the responsibility of the parents. In case of a prolonged absence (holidays, illness), please notify us in advance so that we can adjust your child's progress.
Yes, all students receive worksheets and documents tailored to their level, included in the course fee. This material is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold.
For students participating in homework help, specific worksheets are not automatically provided, but we can provide them on request, adapted to the child's level and needs.
The fees paid are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by us. In that case, you will receive a full refund.
Our programs are designed to promote continuous progress through personalized guidance. However, results also depend on class attendance and practice at home.
We only collect the necessary information (name, age, email, phone number) to ensure course follow-up. This data is confidential and is never shared with third parties.
If we have to cancel an activity (for example, due to a lack of participants), you will be informed promptly and a full refund will be offered.
